Hydro Tasmania's Land Environment Program addresses environmental issues related to the land on which we operate. The program is focussed on land remediation, rehabilitation and revegetation following development works, contaminated site management, erosion, weed control, feral animal management and threatened flora and fauna management.
Sensitive areas, such as the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, receive special attention.
